Writing Tution Meets your Personal Needs – it is Learning at your Pace
It means spending an hour discussing specific ways to improve your writing. If possible, request writing tuition after submitting your work for proofreading or editing, so that I will already be familiar with your writing. It is an opportunity to identify, explain, and overcome your writing difficulties so that you aren’t hindered by them in the future.
The sessions may either be spent targeting specific issues in your writing, or exploring general principles essential to effective academic writing. Points to address include how to structure paragraphs, how to support your argument with secondary material, and how to write a powerful introduction and conclusion.
